- کشتی کا یکا دائ٘و جس کی صورت یہ ہوتی ہے کہ ”حریف داہنے پین٘ترے پر کھڑے ہوکر داہنا ہاتھکی کلائی پکڑتا ہے اور داہنے ہاتھ کو حریف کی داہنی بغل میں اندر سے اس طرح ڈالتا ہے کہ کلائی باہر کو نکل جاتی ہے اور بازو بازو سے مل جاتا ہے ساتھ ہی بڑھکر اپنی داہنی ٹان٘گ حریف کی داہنی ٹان٘گ میں باہر سے مار کر اسے چت گرا دیتا ہے“.
