مثال • کسی نے کس مفلس کو بے دست و پا دیکھے تو اس کی دستگیری کو اپنا فرض سمجھے اور نہ کبھی دہ در دنیا اور ستر در عاقبت کا خیال دل میں لائے۔(۱۸۸۰، رسالہ تہذیب الاخلاق، ۱۴۴) جناب میں کچھ دوں گا تو دہ در دنیا اور ستَر در آخرت کا حساب لگا کر دوں گا۔( ۱۹۴۷، فرحت، مضامین، ۵ : ۱۱)
