بطور دوا ایک روئیدگی ہے کہ پانی کے کناروں پر اُگتی ہے اس کے پَتے ابتدائے ظہور میں گول ہوتے ہیں ، بڑھ کر دبیز ترہ تیزک کے پتّوں کی طرح ہو جاتے ہیں اس میں تھوڑی سی حدّت اور تیزی ہوتی ہے اور یہ جرجیرالماء سے غیر ہے اس لیے کہ جرجیرالماء کھڑے ہوئے پانی کے اندر پیدا ہوتا ہے اور اس کا پتّہ دبیز نہیں ہوتا ہے.
