- (تصوف) ' ریاضت میں صوفیاے کرام کا اپنے سینے پر ضرب لگانے کا ایک کلمہ (جس کی صورت یہ ہوتی ہے کہ اول لاَ اللہ کہتے ہوئے اپنے سر کو داہنے شانے سے وسط سینہ تک لاتے ہیں ، اور پھر الااللہ کہتے ہوئے بائیں شانے سے اپنے سر کو وسط سینے تک لاتے ہیں اور دونوں دفعہ سر کی حرکت کو اس طرح روکتے ہیں ، جیسے : ضرب لگا رہے ہیں) ' .
