- کھانے میں کچھ چھپا ہونا ، بطانہ کہتے ہیں پگڑی کے بیچ کے حصے کو ، چون٘کہ کھانے میں بریانی یا چاول بھی مخروطی انداز سے اٹھے رہتے ہیں بیچ میں اشرفیاں وغیرہ رکھ دی جاتی تھیں بیرم خان خان خاناں جب کسی کو کھانا بھیجتا تو اس میں پوشیدہ طور پر اشرفیاں رکھ دیتا تھا ، جب کسی پر احسان کیا جائے اور اسے ظاہر نہ ہونے دیں تو اس موقع پر بولتے ہیں .
