- (تصوف) خِرقۂ خلافت کی دو قِسمیں ہیں ـ اول یہ کہ شیخ اپنے مُرید کامل کو بحکم خداوندی خِلافت دے - اُس خِلافت کو خِلافتِ کُبرےٰ کہتے ہیں اور دُوسرے یہ کہ شیخ طالب میں قابلیت جانچ کر اِجازت دے - اُسے خِلافت صُغرےٰ کہتے ہیں.
