مثال • مولی الموالات کو میراث پہنچتی ہے ۔ (۱۸۶۷ ، نورالہدایہ (ترجمہ) ، ۲ : ۱۹) ۔ ایک عجمی کے مولی الموالاۃ نے اس کی عورت سے نکاح کیا جس کو عرب نے آزاد کیا تھا اس کا بچہ پیدا ہوا تو ولاء اس کے بچے کی ماں کے مولی کو ملے گی ۔ (۱۸۶۷ ، نورالہدایہ (ترجمہ) ، ۴ : ۲۳) ۔
