- (طب) اون٘ٹ کٹارہ ، لالۂ حمرا ، شقائق النعمان ، اس کی بہت سی اقسام ہیں ، گانٹھ دار ستیاناسی کُل اس نبات کی مورثِ اعلیٰ ہے اس کے پیڑ بنگال سے پنجاب تک ، پنج محلا اور مارواڑ تک ہوتے ہیں. دو ڈھائی فِٹ اُون٘چا پودا، پتّے پھل اور شاخیں سب حِصّوں پر کانٹے ہوتے ہیں . ایک قِسم میں پِیلے رن٘گ کے پھول لگتے ہیں، پھل ایک ڈیڑھ اِنچ لمبا ہوتا ہے اس کے تمام اجزا کا جوشاندہ پینے سے پیشاب کی نالی کی سوزش کم ہوتی ہے. پیشاب زیادہ آتا ہے کھال کا زخم بھرتا ہے . لاط:(Anemone Coronaria)
