سُکھ مانو تو سُکھ ہے ، دُکھ مانو تو دُکھ ہے ، سچّا سُکھیا وہ ہے جو سکُھ مانے نَہ دُکھ

اگرسمجھو تو خوشی ہے اگر تکلیف سمجھو تو تکلیف خوشی ہوتی ہے . اصل میں خوشی وہ ہے جو آرام اور تکلیف کی پروا نہ کرے کیونکہ آرام اور خوشی اعتباری کیفیات ہیں .
