- جب ایک شخص دوسرے شخص کا قرض ادا کرنے کے لئے مختلف قسطیں مقرر کرتا ہے اور ان کی مختلف مدتیں ٹھہراتا ہے تو جس قاعدے سے ایسا وقت دریافت ہوتا ہے کہ تمام قرضہ ایک ہی وقت میں ادا ہو جائے اور طرفین میں سے کسی کو نقصان نہ ہو اس کو معادلہ اقساط کہتے ہیں ۔
